his back pack is purchased, and filled with his small list of school supplies.
the bus is all scheduled and should be here at 8:05 tomorrow morning.
his new curious george t-shirt is all laid out and ready. (just wanted to let the teachers know what they’re dealing with!)

my little boy is turning 3 tomorrow. my little boy is going to school. guess he’s not so little anymore…
i’m finally understanding what that “it feels just like yesterday we were coming home from the hospital with you” saying feels like.
    whew. breathe, meghan….. breathe…

I was just heading off to bed myself and realized that tomorrow is the big day and wanted to wish you all the best! In through the nose, out through the mouth!!!

I will be thinking about you! It’s hard to put them on the bus, but it sounds like it’s going to be a great experience for him. Try to think about how great an opportunity this is for him.

You will cry when he gets on the bus, that’s almost a given. But after the first week, it’ll be like he’s done it for as long as you can remember ;) He’s going to have a great day, and he’s going to love school! (until he’s in the 1st grade and has to do homework, lol).

Happy Birthday Owen!! Have fun at school today!!!!!!!!

My Mom was a Pre-School teacher, so I’ve seen the other side of this quite a bit. He’ll have the time of his life, and before you know it, it’ll be second nature for you, too ;)
