I need to pick up a copy of that bread book. I’ve been wanting to make my own bread for months now, but never tried because I thought it was too much work. This sounds like exactly what I’m looking for! Can you post your pizza dough recipe? Last time I made my own it didn’t work so well and I’d love to give it another try.
Meghan: I was wondering if you had posted on here the recipe for the granola bars that you sometimes talk about on your podcast. I found Nikki’s Healthy Cookies recipe too, but was looking for the other one.
I also wanted to say that I just love your podcast, you are such an inspiration in both parenting & living green. My daughter and I decided that we’re going to try your idea of having a big stack of washclothes in the kitchen to use instead of buying paper towels & clorox wipes.
Thanks!

OK Meghan, YOU are an enabler as well! Off I go to get the bread book for my very own, and to the apple orchard (sans the long lines, please) :)
