Loved this week’s podcast. Mostly because I love, love, love Hello Dolly and as I was listening this morning on my commute to work, when Owen started singing I had a grin from ear to ear that probably created new wrinkles all over my face. OMG. He is so precious. What I really find mind blowing is that you and Ry even own Dolly. Love the zuma bag and now want one. And can’t wait to try the cheap soup. That’s right in our budget right now. the zuma bag is not. Stay really really warm with your hot tea in your beautiful tea cups this coming weekend.

Great episode Meghan! While I was listening, I had a quick idea about how to help raise money for SOAR, sort of along the lines of your recipe idea. You could put together some of your great household tips (cleaning with vinegar, soap recipes…), favorite things, and recipes into a little pdf and sell that, sort of like a little zine. I’m sure a lot of your listeners would love to support you and have a nice collection of your knowledge as well.

    Hi! :)

I just wanted to let you know that I just recently discovered your podcast and that I love it. So far after having listened to your podcast I plan on trying vinager in my washer instead of fabric softer, try your cheap soup and I put that Zuma bag on my wishlist. Thinking that would make a lovely valentine’s day gift…just have to let my hubby know. ;) Oh, also soooooooo glad that my parents moved to Texas from Indiana when I was younger. I had never heard of your snot (gross!) and jeans freezing or snapping off your hair. Anywho~just wanted to let you know that I enjoy your podcast..it made cleaning up the living room go so much faster.

So… I know all about the snot freezing in your nose thing. :) I live in Maine, and it was -30 (that’s below zero) one morning this week. They don’t cancel school here because of the temperatures, unfortunately. They probably plug the buses in at night to ensure they start in the mornings. We’ve already missed 3 days this school year, so I’m not looking forward to any more. After 2 more, we’ll have to start making them up in June. I’d rather go to school in the snow and get out early.

I love the idea of the dryer wool balls. I’m going to make a set too. I’m also looking forward to trying your cheap soup. Sounds yummy.
